The YourLenses lowest price guarantee ensures that you cannot get the lenses you order at a lower price anywhere else!
At YourLenses, we keep a close eye on our competitors’ prices and continually update our prices to ensure that they remain lower. If, despite this, you are able to find a product at a lower price from one of our competitors, you can buy the product from us at the lower price. If this is the case, contact our customer services team before you place your order and explain where you have seen the lenses.
Terms and conditions for our price guarantee:
1) In order to be comparable, the product must be part of our range.
2) Volume-discounted prices are not comparable.
3) Temporary offers or discounts are not comparable.
4) The offer is not valid after making a purchase.
5) Prices from foreign competitors are not comparable since their prices exclude VAT and customs duty charges. This is added to the customs duty when the lenses are imported.
6) Competitors offering a lower price must provide valid contact and
company details on their websites.
